Essential Oil - Peppermint

(Mentha piperita)

calming, balancing

Peppermint oil is highly prized in aromatherapy for many uses, both internal and external. Internally, a few drops can be taken to ease nausea and stomach aches, motion sickness, vomiting in pregnancy, and cramps. Externally it is used topically when diluted in blends for sore muscles and cooling the body. When used in a diffuser for aromatherapy it has been found to stimulate the nervous system and calm the mind.
